On the second day of Christmas (26.12), the Berg Hotel Predistuhl in Bad Goisern on Lake Hallstatt, along with many other guesthouses, within the UNESCO World Heritage region of Hallstatt Dachstein Salzkammergut, invite you to "Krampamperlbrennen":
in a relaxed atmosphere in the local hostelries, pieces of sugar are caramelised over burning schnapps, a fun evening is guaranteed. Whoever drops their piece of sugar into the schnapps must buy a round of drinks. A good old custom to round off the Christmas holidays.
