Goffstown High School is a public school located in southern New Hampshire, about 100 km northwest of Boston, Massachusetts. The ensembles, students from the 9th to 12th grades, present 4-5 concerts and a musical every school year and regularly achieve high ratings at state and regional festivals.
Joshua Desrochers (choir, band) received his bachelor's degree from the University of Miami (FL) and his master of music from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and has been conducting the choir at Goffstown High School since 2003. Douglas McKernan (band, choir) received a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education from the University of New Hampshire and a Master's degree in Fine Arts from Plymouth State College. Mr. McKernan has been teaching at the school since 1974.
