To kick off the "Sound of Hallstatt" concert series we will take you into the musical realm of tango. The four musicians of "Cuarteto Cameselle" present temperament and passion in the heart of Hallstatt. Yearning and melancholy inspire us on this journey. So everyone can find his tango, even the audience.

About the artits
....you have known each other for some time, meet again and again, chatting over a cup of coffee, talking about music, learning about different views and perceptions, wanting to learn more about each other’s musical preferences, discovering common passions and want to make music together.
Four musicians from three different continents, who have grown up in very different environments: in a village, in a small town, a huge metropolis. They come from different cultural backgrounds. Now they meet and perform different types of music: opera, jazz, classical...
Cuarteto Cameselle is dedicated to tango: to the music of Gardels, Goyeneches and Piazzollas and many more. With deep respect we approach these great interpreters and composers and search for our own way with our own arrangements and our individual way of performing. Temperament and passion, desire and melancholy inspire us on this journey. So everyone can find his/her own tango, even the audience.
