If you visit Hallstatt you hear a lot of voices, noises, cars, the rush of the lake and much more. But in the evening it is getting calm and quiet. Lots of million years ago the sound of Hallstatt was another one. The rusle of the sea and and the noise of the wind ruled the region. Gerhard Schilcher and Cornelia Kirsch will show you with instruments and their voice the long history of the salt mine town Hallstatt.
